Matcha Review
12/20/19 Tasting: Numi Organic Ceremonial Matcha comes in a resealable foil bag. After opening and taking a whiff, the matcha powder has a sweet grassy smell. The matcha’s color is flat green. Whisking 1/2 teaspoon of it with 2-3 oz of water produced a nice froth and small bubbles. After whisking, the matcha has an earthy herbal sweet grassy smell to it. Taking a sip, the matcha has a fairly smooth texture, grassy flavor and a bitter end note. Overall, I find this matcha drinkable, but I won’t be buying it regularly.
